Fresh start Program

Fort Twenty's Fresh start program is here to make sure everyone has a fair chance to become a part of our family. Fort Twenty is not only committed but obligated to create and maintain a diverse and inclusive workplace by employing and working with people of all backgrounds. We are also committed to mending and rebuilding the lives and communities who were negatively effected by Cannabis Prohibition and the negative stigma around cannabis and people who do use, whether it be medicinal or recreational.

• Free cannabis industry training, paid for by Fort Twenty not by your paycheck.
• Priority employment opportunities with Fort Twenty with any role applicable to you.
• Access to employment opportunities with Fort Twentys' network of cannabis producers, manufactures, suppliers and fellow retail establishments.  

Fort Twenty Cannabis Co is dedicated to ensuring that we are creating and maintaining a diverse and all inclusive workplace by employing and creating long lasting relationships with people of all backgrounds. We are committed to help mend and restore the lives and communities that were negatively effected by the cannabis prohibition. With programs like "Fresh Start", we are creating community conscious positive operations, and removing the stigma from cannabis one fresh start at a time. 

To apply you must:

• Be 21 years of age.
• Be able to pass the state required background checks.
• Have had a past cannabis conviction expunged from your record OR have been negatively effected by cannabis prohibition OR live in a community that has been negatively effected.
• Submit a brief explanation of how cannabis prohibition has had a negative impact on your life or your community.
• Submit a resume. 
• Be passionate about cannabis.
